Minimum Experience/Education
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in payroll processing, tax reporting, or a related accounting/finance function.
- Experience working with HRIS or payroll systems required; Oracle PeopleSoft experience
- Basic knowledge of payroll tax principles and regulations required.
- Demonstrated experience using Oracle PeopleSoft HR systems is required.
- Proven experience with payroll tax reporting, including multi-state tax processes, is required.
- 2–4 years of experience in payroll tax reporting, with a focus on multi-state taxation preferred.
- Working knowledge of federal and state payroll tax regulations and compliance requirements.
- Experience using enterprise HRIS systems, such as Oracle PeopleSoft, to manage payroll and tax functions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively respond to employee inquiries.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
