| Essential Job Duties |
UNC School of Law seeks a motivated and detail-oriented Development Administrative Assistant to provide essential administrative and operational support to a dynamic and results-driven Advancement team. This temporary, full-time position plays a key role in ensuring accurate gift processing, meaningful donor stewardship, and effective alumni and volunteer engagement. The initial priority for this role will be to complete a robust alumni research project by January 30. Following the successful completion of this project, additional responsibilities may include gift processing, donor stewardship activities, and support for alumni and volunteer engagement initiatives. Extension of the position beyond the initial project will be based on organizational needs and performance. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working with data and systems, and enjoys contributing to relationship-based fundraising in a collaborative, fast-paced higher education environment. This position is based on-site at UNC Chapel Hill, with the option for a hybrid schedule of up to two remote days per week after 30 days of employment. |
