Hiring: Temporary Accounts Payable Specialist – Chicago
A fast-paced, collaborative trading firm is seeking a detail-oriented AP Specialist to join their Finance team onsite.
Role Overview:
- Full-cycle Accounts Payable processing
- Invoice coding and high-volume invoice entry
- Ensuring accuracy, compliance, and proper GL allocation
- Collaborating with AP, Procurement, and FP&A to resolve discrepancies
Qualifications:
- 2 years of Accounts Payable or related accounting experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with accounting and invoice processing software (NetSuite, Rossum, Coupa a plus)
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, high-performance environment
Position Details:
- Contract: 4–6 months, potential to extend
- Onsite: Chicago office | 8 AM – 5 PM
- $30/hour
