About the Role
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment and who is driven to exceed goals! The Recruiter will manage multiple openings, meet deadlines, and keep candidate pipelines moving efficiently. They will have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through screening questions and identifying who is the best fit for the position. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
- Conduct interviews via phone or virtual meetings
- Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
- Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
- Meet weekly quotas related to calls and positions filled
Qualifications
- 3 years in a high volume recruiting role
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Required Skills
- Effective communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with Microsoft Office suite

Pay range and compensation package
This position is set up for annual base compensation plus a per hire bonus.
