What You’ll Do
- Partner with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles
- Learn how to source top technical talent using tools like LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and internal systems
- Screen candidates and develop your ability to assess skills, experience, and team fit
- Support multiple open roles while building strong organizational and time-management skills
- Present qualified candidates and learn how to communicate their strengths effectively
- Maintain accurate recruiting activity in our systems and track your progress
- Build talent pipelines for high-demand roles across engineering and technology
- Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
What We’re Looking For
- 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, sales, customer service, or a related field
- Interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, or the tech/engineering space
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
- High level of motivation, accountability, and coachability
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
