CRS is seeking a results-driven Recruiter with proven success in both high-volume hiring and sourcing hard-to-fill positions with minimal applicant flow. This role will directly support various government contracts and requires a strategic, solutions-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment.
The Recruiter will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment efforts, developing sourcing strategies, and executing against aggressive timelines—often within 24–48 hours. The ideal candidate will bring strong relationship-building skills, creativity in candidate generation, and the ability to quickly adapt to new and complex staffing needs.
Essential Functions
High-Volume Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple openings simultaneously across diverse functions.
- Deliver a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates to meet urgent staffing demands.
- Track, report, and analyze recruitment metrics to ensure hiring goals are met.
Hard-to-Fill Sourcing
- Build and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify top talent in competitive and limited candidate pools.
- Leverage advanced Boolean searches, social media platforms, professional networks, and industry contacts.
- Engage passive candidates and build long-term pipelines for specialized roles.
Strategic Recruitment Planning
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, organizational priorities, and contract compliance needs.
- Develop and communicate actionable recruitment plans tailored to each requisition.
- Manage ambiguity by quickly learning new position requirements and shifting priorities.
Candidate Experience & Stakeholder Engagement
- Provide a professional, timely, and supportive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain strong partnerships with internal teams, hiring managers, and external stakeholders.
- Communicate clearly and proactively to ensure alignment and transparency.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of recruitment experience, with demonstrated success in both high-volume hiring and sourcing specialized/hard-to-fill roles.
- Ability to work nights and weekends as needed for client and contract needs.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines (24–48 hours).
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills strongly preferred.
- Experience recruiting for government contracts preferred.
- Experience with SmartSheets a plus.
- Strong sourcing skills with advanced knowledge of job boards, Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred, but not required.
Additional Details
- Onsite Role – This position is based in Jacksonville, FL. No relocation or remote options available.
- Hours – 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday – After hours and weekends based on company need
- Environment – This role supports government contracts, and staffing needs may shift rapidly based on operational requirements.
