Multifamily Asset Manager

Our client, a boutique private equity firm specializing in multifamily investments, is looking to add an Asset Manager to their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with strong financial analysis skills and a passion for real estate to gain hands-on experience supporting a nationwide portfolio of multifamily assets.

As an Asset Manager, you will work closely with the VP of Asset Management to help monitor property performance, support strategic initiatives, and drive value across the portfolio.

📍 Location: Juno Beach, FL | Full-Time, In-Office

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and executing asset management strategies to enhance property value and returns
• Support financial modeling and performance tracking for a portfolio of ~12 properties
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on NOI, rent trends, and operating performance
• Coordinate with third-party property managers on leasing, operations, and budget reviews
• Analyze budgets, capital projects, and market trends to support decision-making
• Help with due diligence for acquisitions, dispositions, and refinancing activities
• Participate in property visits to track progress on business plans and capital improvements

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in real estate asset management, investments, or financial analysis (multifamily experience required)
• Solid understanding of real estate financial statements and modeling (Excel proficiency required)
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Eager to learn in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment
• Willingness to travel as needed
