We are seeking an HR Onsite Representative to support a large, fast-paced call center operation on behalf of Noor Staffing Group. This role is highly visible and hands-on, serving as the primary HR point of contact for a high-volume hourly workforce. The ideal candidate is adaptable, people-focused, and skilled in onboarding, employee support, and day-to-day HR coordination.
This role serves as the onsite liaison between the client, the staffing agency, and employees to ensure a smooth onboarding process, policy compliance, and a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the onsite HR contact for hourly based employees regarding onboarding, scheduling, attendance, payroll, and policy questions.
- Participate and/or lead recruitment initiatives to ensure the call center is fully staffed at all times.
- Make final hiring decisions in coordination with Program staff.
- Conduct and coordinate onboarding sessions, ensuring completion of I-9s, applicable background checks, new hire paperwork, and compliance documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee rosters and communicate start dates, attendance, and status changes to corporate HR and recruiting teams.
- Monitor timekeeping, verify hours, and assist in resolving payroll or timecard issues.
- Track attendance and performance concerns; escalate to Program leadership for corrective action or coaching.
- Partner with the client’s site management to address workforce needs, scheduling adjustments, and day-to-day operational concerns.
- Support employee engagement efforts, retention check-ins, and recognition activities.
- Establish strong rapport and maintain effective communication with colleagues and stakeholders
- Maintain compliance with agency policies, client requirements, and all applicable employment laws.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of HR, recruiting, or administrative experience; prior staffing agency or call center experience strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge of HR policies, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Skilled in both analytical and multifaceted administrative tasks
- Ability to handle confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS/timekeeping systems.
- Proven skills in conflict resolution, enhancing collaboration and maintaining HR standards.
- Experience with SCA wage compliance considered an asset
Schedule
- Onsite position - must be available at the client’s call center location during regular operating hours.
- Flexibility to support multiple shifts, including evenings or weekends as needed.
