Noor Staffing are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of Class A luxury apartment communities. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, maximizing NOI, leading high-performing onsite teams, and ensuring a best-in-class resident experience across the region.
The ideal candidate brings a strong background in luxury multifamily operations, financial performance management, team leadership, and asset-level strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
- Oversee daily operations of multiple Class A luxury communities within the region
- Ensure consistent execution of company policies, brand standards, and service expectations
- Drive leasing performance, resident retention, and operational efficiencies
Financial Performance
- Own regional budgets, forecasts, and variance reporting
- Partner with asset management to maximize NOI and control operating expenses
- Review monthly financials and implement corrective action plans as needed
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop Property Managers and onsite leadership teams
- Support hiring, training, performance management, and succession planning
- Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and resident-first service
Asset & Owner Relations
- Serve as the primary operational liaison to ownership and asset management
- Support capital projects, renovations, and repositioning initiatives
- Participate in due diligence for acquisitions and property transitions
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, safety regulations, and company policies
- Mitigate operational risks and oversee vendor performance and contracts
Qualifications
- 5 years of multifamily property management experience, including regional or multi-site oversight
- Proven experience managing Class A / luxury apartment portfolios
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing large operating budgets
- Demonstrated ability to lead and scale high-performing teams
- Proficiency with property management systems (Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, or similar)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- CPM, ARM, or similar professional designation preferred
