Noble Capital Markets, a full-service investment banking firm with over 40 years of experience, is seeking a Sales Representative to join our team at our Boca Raton headquarters. This role will be filled at a level — Junior, Mid, or Senior — commensurate with the candidate's experience.
Noble is a leading provider of Company-Sponsored Research (CSR) in North America, distributed through our proprietary platform, Channelchek®. In this role, you will be responsible for growing client relationships and driving new business by introducing publicly traded companies to our CSR platform — with scope of responsibility (from supporting senior team members to independently managing a full pipeline and closing business) scaling with your level of experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prospect and engage executive and C-suite leadership at publicly traded companies
• Drive new business development efforts and work toward achieving (or exceeding) sales targets
• Build, manage, and grow a pipeline of qualified opportunities
• Develop and grow client relationships over time
• Clearly communicate Noble's CSR platform, research capabilities, and distribution reach via Channelchek®
• Participate in client presentations and calls, from supporting senior team members to delivering tailored presentations independently
• Collaborate with financial analysts, senior sales professionals, and leadership on strategy and execution
• Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking within CRM systems
• Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development
• Help develop and articulate Noble's value proposition to prospective clients
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree a plus
• 4 years of B2B sales experience (financial services preferred but not required) — more senior candidates with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals are encouraged to apply
• Strong interest in, or working knowledge of, financial and capital markets; Series 7 a plus (not required)
• Strong prospecting and cold-calling capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Ability to engage confidently with senior executives and decision-makers
• Highly motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus (Salesforce preferred)
Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation will be based on experience, with level and package adjusted according to the candidate's background:
• Base salary: $80,000 – $120,000, commensurate with experience
• First-year earnings potential: $100,000 – $200,000
