Insurance Sales Representative - Medicare & Health Plans
Location: Deerfield Beach, FL | Full-Time | In-Person
Pay: $20/hr base commission | Top reps earn $130k /year

We’re a 10-year-old health insurance agency in Deerfield Beach looking for motivated people who want to build a real career — not just a job. No license? No problem. We cover the cost and provide paid training to get you there.
Our top reps are clearing $130k a year. Most new hires are seeing $100k-pace paychecks within 8 months.
What you’ll do:
- Handle inbound calls from people shopping for Medicare Advantage, Medigap, ACA, and supplemental health plans
- Guide clients through their options and enroll them in the right coverage
- Build a book of business with ongoing commission on renewals
- Hit daily and weekly performance targets
What we’re looking for:
- Strong communicator — confident on the phone, easy to talk to
- Self-motivated with a competitive edge
- Computer proficient and comfortable learning new systems
- Insurance license a plus, but not required — we’ll get you there

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
