What We’re Looking For:

- Entrepreneurial & Driven: You’re motivated by the opportunity to succeed and excel in a high-earning environment. You’re eager to jump in, grow, and make your mark.
- Sales Confidence: You’re comfortable speaking with potential clients, ready to take on challenges, and close the deal. Patience and strong communication skills are key!
- Licensed & Ready: You must hold a 2-15 Life and Health or 2-40 Health Insurance License (resident state only). Don’t have a license yet? No problem—we’ll guide you through the licensing process!
- Medicare or ACA Experience?: It’s a bonus! But if you’re willing to learn, we’ll provide the training and mentorship to get you up to speed fast.
- Call Center Experience?: It’s a plus but not required! What matters most is your drive and eagerness to succeed.
