As a Wellness & Leisure Travel Specialist, you will coordinate end-to-end travel logistics for corporate and private clients seeking wellness retreats, leisure getaways, resort stays, and custom itineraries. You will serve as the primary operational coordinator—connecting clients with global hotel, cruise, and resort partners while ensuring every trip detail is accurately processed and confirmed.
Key Responsibilities
- Itinerary & Booking Management: Receive client travel requests and accurately input details into our internal CRM, managing reservations for resorts, wellness packages, excursions, and transit.
- Vendor & Resort Coordination: Communicate daily via phone and email with hospitality suppliers, resort staff, and tour operators to lock in rates, confirm availability, and secure special guest requests.
- Guest Relations & Support: Serve as a responsive point of contact for clients, providing timely answers regarding reservation updates, itinerary details, and trip modifications.
- Administrative Quality Control: Maintain organized client profile files, archive booking confirmation vouchers, and verify billing details to ensure zero booking errors.
Required:
- US Residency & Work Authorization: Must currently reside in the United States and be legally authorized to work in the US.
- Computer Proficiency: Basic digital skills, including comfortable web navigation, CRM data entry, email management, and familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
- Communication Skills: Professional telephone presence and strong written English skills for daily communication with clients and resort partners.
- Home Office Setup: Reliable, high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace for conducting calls and daily tasks.
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, hospitality, or client account coordination.
- Strong self-management skills with the ability to stick to a daily workflow independently.
