Key Responsibilities
- Guest Service & Inquiry Support: Respond promptly and professionally to client questions via phone, email, and digital messaging regarding trip details, reservation confirmations, and general travel logistics.
- Reservation Coordination: Enter booking information into internal CRM systems, ensuring precise details for hotel stays, transport, tours, and destination activities.
- Vendor & Partner Communications: Contact hospitality suppliers, resort staff, and tour operators to confirm availability, lock in client preferences, and verify reservation accuracy.
- Itinerary Assembly: Help generate clean, organized travel summaries and digital itineraries for client review prior to departure.
- Account File Maintenance: Maintain organized client profiles, log communication notes, organize digital confirmation records, and support routine administrative workflow audits.
Required:
- Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Basic computer skills, including comfort with web navigation, email communication, data entry, and core productivity software (Google Workspace or Microsoft Office).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong guest-first mindset.
