Key Responsibilities
- Reservation & Account Processing: Input client preferences and booking requests into internal management systems and verify accurate details across resort, tour, and transportation arrangements.
- Vendor Coordination: Communicate with partner vendors, hotel staff, and destination suppliers to confirm reservation details, rates, and special client requests.
- Itinerary Construction: Assemble clear, customized travel itineraries and detailed digital trip summaries for client delivery.
- Client Support: Address client inquiries via phone, email, and digital chat, offering timely resolution for schedule updates or travel adjustments.
- Data Administration: Maintain up-to-date client files, archive booking confirmations, and assist with routine billing auditing.
Required:
- Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.
