Key Responsibilities
- Account & Workflow Ownership: Manage client accounts independently, taking full responsibility for processing travel specifications, itinerary development, and CRM data accuracy.
- Proactive Vendor Relations: Communicate directly with resort leads, hotel managers, and transport providers to confirm logistics, secure client preferences, and build reliable supplier networks.
- Problem Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, using critical thinking and swift decision-making to resolve scheduling changes or travel modifications.
- Itinerary & Quality Control: Draft, review, and issue accurate travel itineraries, verifying booking details and supporting documentation.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain high standards of communication, client care, and administrative precision across all accounts.
Required:
- US Residency: Must currently reside and operate within the United States.
- Self-Motivation & Independence: Proven ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality results without direct supervision.
- Technical Skills: Comfort navigating cloud-based platforms, CRM software, email systems, and tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
- Professional Communication: Excellent written English and a strong telephone demeanor when engaging with enterprise partners and clients.
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Background in virtual assistance, client account management, administrative support, or travel/hospitality logistics.
- Experience operating as an independent contractor or remote professional.
