We’re looking for a highly organized and personable Scheduling Coordinator to join our front office team at a thriving pediatric therapy clinic in Bentonville. You’ll work closely with families and therapists to build consistent, long-term schedules that support continuity of care for the children we serve.
What You’ll Do
- Create and maintain permanent schedules for therapy clients
- Confirm upcoming appointments and manage reschedules, cancellations, and waitlist placement
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with both families and therapists
- Use Fusion Web Clinic (Ensora) to track appointments and manage scheduling data
- Maximize therapist schedules while prioritizing consistency for children and families
- Contribute to a positive, family-focused clinic culture
What We’re Looking For
- Prior experience in scheduling or a medical front office role preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Organized multitasker with excellent follow-through
- Creative, solution-focused, and positive outlook
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning scheduling software
- Passion for working in a fast-paced pediatric healthcare setting
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay range: $18.50–$20.50/hour, based on experience and qualifications
