We are seeking a passionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing team. The OT will evaluate, plan, and provide individualized treatment for children with a variety of needs including sensory processing, fine and gross motor skills, self-regulation, executive functioning, feeding, and play-based development.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough evaluations and re-evaluations using standardized and clinical assessment tools.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
- Provide direct therapy sessions in a play-based, neuro-affirming, child-centered approach
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
- Document evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans in EMR system
- Participate in professional development and community engagement
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current state OT license (or eligibility for licensure).
- Strong clinical skills in pediatrics: feeding therapy or sensory integration training a plus.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
