- Efficiently manage and coordinate patient scheduling to enhance convenience and effectiveness. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using Dentrix software. - Provide exceptional service through friendly, clear, and effective communication with patients. - Perform various administrative tasks to support office operations. - Accurately verify insurance information as needed, and promptly address billing inquiries as needed. - Collaborate closely with our dental team to enhance workflow and operational efficiency. - Uphold the highest standards of compliance with HIPAA regulations.
**Qualifications**
- A strong desire to learn and grow. - A sense of urgency is critical for this position, along with the love for making calls and keeping the schedule efficient. Proven experience in dental scheduling or a comparable role. - Strong familiarity with dental terminology is helpful, and the ability to learn Dentrix software. - Exceptional communication and customer service skills that foster patient trust and satisfaction. - Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite. - Knowledge of insurance verification processes is advantageous. - Experience in hospitality will be considered a plus.
