Scheduling Coordinator (Gravette)

Position Summary: The Clinic Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for answering multi-line telephone, triaging calls, taking messages, and scheduling appointments. The telephone operator serves as a liaison between caller, medical facilities and medical support staff. Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One to three years’ experience as a switchboard operator preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
