About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support recruitment operations for a leading healthcare organization. This role will play a critical part in ensuring a smooth hiring process by coordinating pre-employment activities, supporting recruiters, and maintaining compliance with hiring protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage background checks and pre-employment screenings
- Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team
- Assist with scheduling interviews and candidate communication
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with hiring processes
- Support onboarding activities and documentation tracking
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely hiring workflows
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative or clerical experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior HR or recruitment coordination experience
- Experience handling background checks and onboarding processes
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Education Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
