Job Title: Administrative Director – Ambulatory Services (Onsite | Days)

Days | Onsite | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM


We are seeking an experienced Administrative Director to lead daily operations within a busy ambulatory care setting. This role is responsible for overseeing financial performance, staff leadership, patient experience, and operational excellence across assigned clinical departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic and operational leadership to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
  • Develop and manage departmental budgets, monitor performance, and drive financial accountability.
  • Build strong relationships with providers, staff, and internal partners to support a collaborative work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, quality measures, and organizational policies.
  • Lead process improvements and change management initiatives to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
  • Oversee daily operational workflows, staffing coordination, and resource allocation.
  • Engage teams in problem-solving, continuous improvement, and performance optimization.
  • Develop and implement customer-focused operational practices and service strategies.
  • Communicate operational plans and updates effectively to leadership and staff.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, reimbursement changes, and best practices impacting ambulatory care.

Salary : $70 - $75
