Summary of Duties:
- Manages overall solutions, implementation, delivery & administration of subsets of the staffing process (e.g., onboarding) & related processes and procedures
- Manage multiple tasks & small-scale projects autonomously to improve processes and ensure a positive employee and new hire experience
- Administers HR programs following established guidelines
- Assists higher level specialists and generalists as necessary
- Conducts research and gathers data to assist in the resolution of problems or questions regarding human resources programs, identifying and recommending programs or process improvements
- Develops data and charts for statistical presentations
- Keeps current on state and federal regulations affecting the administration of associate human resource programs
- Provides technical and administrative guidance to lower-level roles regarding program and policy issues
