What You'll Do
- Manage I-9, E-Verify, background check, and minor worker hiring processes to ensure full compliance with federal and state regulations
- Conduct audits and resolve discrepancies across employment eligibility, minor worker hiring, and verification processes
- Administer E-Verify and background checks, including MVR annual checks
- Maintain accurate, confidential records and ensure proper documentation retention
- Support field teams with training, compliance guidance, and hiring procedures
- Manage daily Talent Acquisition help cases and provide timely resolution
- Track and report compliance metrics and activity to leadership
- Assist recruiters with sourcing efforts using various tools
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 2 years in employment compliance
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Experience with HR systems, ATS, and compliance-related platforms
- Knowledge of employment laws related to hiring and onboarding
- Execution-focused with a proactive, team-oriented mindset
