AI Solutions Architect (GenAI & Enterprise AI Strategy)

Job Summary
We are seeking a senior AI Solutions Architect to lead the strategy, architecture, and implementation of enterprise AI solutions across Finance and Corporate Functions. The ideal candidate will have 15 years of IT experience with deep expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, and enterprise AI platforms. This role requires partnering with executive leadership to drive AI adoption, optimize AI costs, establish governance, and deliver scalable, production-ready AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Define enterprise AI strategy, architecture, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Design and implement scalable GenAI, Agentic AI, RAG/GraphRAG, AI Copilots, and enterprise search solutions.
- Evaluate and benchmark leading LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, Mistral, Cohere) for accuracy, performance, security, and cost.
- Develop prompt engineering frameworks, optimize token usage, and improve AI solution efficiency.
- Architect AI agents, multi-agent systems, workflow orchestration, and enterprise AI integrations.
- Establish AI governance, security, Responsible AI practices, and compliance standards.
- Partner with business leaders to identify AI use cases, conduct workshops, and translate AI capabilities into business value.
- Lead end-to-end AI solution delivery from architecture through production deployment and mentor cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
- 15 years of IT experience, including 7 years in AI/ML and 3 years in Generative AI/LLM architectures.
- Strong experience with GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, Mistral, Cohere, and enterprise AI platforms.
- Expertise in Agentic AI, RAG, GraphRAG, LLMOps, AI Governance, and AI Copilots.
- Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI, LlamaIndex.
- Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, or Databricks AI.
- Strong programming skills in Python, REST APIs, and enterprise integration.
- Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience driving enterprise AI transformation initiatives.
- Knowledge of AI governance, security, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience working with Finance or Corporate Functions.
- Ability to influence C-level stakeholders and lead large-scale AI adoption programs.
