We’re hiring an Accounting Assistant to support daily accounting tasks. This entry-level role is ideal for someone detail-oriented who wants to build a career in accounting or finance. Training provided.
Responsibilities
- Assist with invoicing and applying customer payments
- Help track accounts receivable and follow up on balances
- Perform data entry and basic bookkeeping
- Organize accounting records and paperwork
- Support month-end close and team tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year of office or accounting experience (internships accepted)
- Basic knowledge of accounting concepts (AP/AR a plus)
- Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets
- Detail-oriented and organized
