Responsibilities
- Handle incoming phone calls and emails related to product inquiries, pricing, and availability
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently in the company’s computer system
- Follow up on orders to ensure timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction
- Perform outbound cold calls during downtime to support sales efforts and generate new business opportunities.
- Provide professional, prompt, and friendly customer support in a B2B environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B customer service, sales support, or office administration, including order entry and follow-up.
- Willingness and ability to make cold calls during slower periods.
- Polished professional presentation with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Quick learner with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
