- Perform new order entry into ABAS ERP system including change orders
- Perform sales order / contract reviews
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
- Excellent hands-on and time-management skills
- Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to listen and have sympathy for customer requests
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office
- Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
- Self-motivated and energetic
- Perform order cross checks
- Review and update quality clauses to newest revisions
- Update program milestone charts
- Maintain required information on customer portals
- Provide customer order status
- Run open order report and expedite orders as requested by customers
- Update supplier rating report
- Update price sheets as needed
- Support activities as required of the quality management system
- Takes initiative to improve the customer service process efficiency and effectiveness
- Maintains knowledge of company products
