- Request, evaluate, and manage transport quotations.
- Coordinate and track end-to-end material pickups and deliveries, ensuring proactive and transparent communication with all internal and external stakeholders.
- Design, implement, and continuously refine transportation and logistics processes to support operational excellence.
- Monitor key logistics performance indicators (KPIs) and lead data-driven initiatives to improve service levels, reduce costs, and enhance compliance.
- Plan, schedule, and execute general cargo transport operations, balancing cost, capacity, and service requirements.
- Manage spot quoting and rapid response protocols for urgent shipping needs.
- Coordinate time-sensitive courier shipments for critical spare parts
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination of logistics activities, resolve operational issues, align on service expectations, and drive integrated supply chain performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in logistics or supply chain operations, preferably within an industrial, manufacturing, or general cargo environment.
- Proven track record in managing freight procurement, transport planning, and international logistics.
- Solid understanding of global customs regulations, Incoterms, and trade compliance requirements.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SAP, and Power BI for data analysis, reporting, and process optimization.
- Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented, with strong prioritization skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Hybrid/Remote role with 3 days in office and 2 days remote.
- Long term contract assignment (typically a minimum of one year followed by extensions and/or possible conversion).
