Duties include:
- Manage bookkeeping tasks for A/P & A/R, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with regulations
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Prepare financial reports and statements
- Inventory control of company supplies
- Budget control
- Company event planning
- Prepare for payroll information
Qualifications:
- Bilingual - English & Mandarin is a plus
- Previous experience as an accountant, bookkeeper, or similar position
- Good with Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, experienced in Microsoft Excel, and basic accounting systems
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
- Good communication skills with vendors, team members and customers
