Accounting Specialist

The Accounting Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting day-to-day financial operations. This role involves processing transactions, reconciling accounts, preparing reports, and assisting with audits to ensure the integrity of financial data.Key Responsibilities:Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.Prepare and maintain financial reports and documentation.Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.Support internal and external audits as needed.Qualifications:Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience).Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
