This role is on‑site in Livermore, conveniently located near the Pleasanton/Dublin border.This is an incredible opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys taking ownership, and is confident jumping into complex accounting activities with minimal supervision.What You'll DoIn this role, you'll play a key part in supporting core accounting operations and financial reporting. Responsibilities include:Month-End Accounting & General LedgerAssist leadership with delivering an accurate, timely month‑end closePrepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedulesAnalyze and resolve reconciling items across various general ledger accountsFinancial ReportingContribute to the monthly financial reporting package, including balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow schedulesPartner with Finance leadership to provide narrative explanations and analysis (MD&A-style insights)Fixed Assets & Capital ProjectsManage fixed asset entries, rollforwards, and capital expenditure reportsMaintain and review capital project documentation and evaluation formsOversee CIP activity and ensure accurate trackingFP&A & Audit SupportAssist with periodic forecasting updates and annual budgetingParticipate in annual audit activities and provide required documentationOperational & Cross-Functional SupportProcess specific ERP‑related invoices for designated business unitsDocument accounting procedures, support internal control improvements, and participate in process enhancement initiativesBuild strong relationships with operational teams throughout the organizationWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA a plus)7 years of progressive accounting or finance experienceSolid understanding of GAAPAdvanced Excel skills; proficient with the full Microsoft Office suiteExperience working within a major ERP system (NetSuite, Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, Infor, etc.)Strong analytical abilities with a continuous improvement mindsetExcellent communication skills-written, verbal, and presentationHighly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-drivenProven ability to collaborate and build rapport across teamsAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
