Job Title: Accounting ClerkLocation: Corona CAEmployment Type: Full-TimeMust have experience in Acumatica ERPAbout the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Clerk to join our team. This role combines strong customer service skills with accounting expertise to ensure smooth financial operations and excellent client support. ResponsibilitiesReview and process vendor invoices for accuracy and compliance.Match invoices with purchase orders and resolve discrepancies.Perform account reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.Manage accounts payable and ensure timely payments.Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.Maintain accurate documentation and assist with month-end closing.RequirementsProficiency in Acumatica ERP (must-have).Strong understanding of accounts payable, invoice processing, and reconciliations.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams.Basic knowledge of GAAP principles is a plus.High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or bachelor's in accounting preferred.Skills & CompetenciesCustomer service mindset with problem-solving abilities.Strong data entry and accuracy skills.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
