Job Description
An Architectural Associate at Niles Bolton Associates responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Development of project design, code research, digital visualization and production of contract documents.
- Coordination with the project team (engineers et al.) to develop construction documents that accurately implement the design intent, document decisions and next steps.
- Attending meetings with the project team, consultants, and client to discuss and develop the design.
- Participation in construction administration by making site visits and processing technical questions with guidance from the project team.
- Coordination with engineering, consultants, clients, contractors, and building officials to meet overall project objectives.
- Professional degree
- 0-3 years of experience in multifamily / mixed-use architecture is preferred, but not required.
- Working knowledge of building materials and drawing conventions.
- Experience coordinating with engineering disciplines.
- Revit and SketchUp proficiency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
