Job Description
Role Overview We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Architect with strong expertise in Service Cloud to lead solution design architecture and implementation of Salesforcebased healthcare solutions The ideal candidate will have deep functional and technical knowledge of Health Cloud patientmember experience workflows care coordination and clinicalnonclinical processes Additionally the candidate must be proficient in Service Cloud capabilities including case management omnichannel knowledge and integration patterns
Key Responsibilities
o Solution Architecture Design
o Lead endtoend architecture for Salesforce Health Cloud implementations including data models care plans assessments EHR integrations and patientmember engagement workflows
o Architect and configure Service Cloud capabilities such as Case Management OmniChannel Knowledge CTI Digital Engagement and Service Console
o Define scalable modular and secure Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards
o Translate business requirements into technical design documents architecture blueprints and solution roadmaps
o Provide guidance on Health Cloudspecific modules Care Management Provider Management Utilization Management Consent Referrals Remote Monitoring etc
Technical Leadership
o Review and guide development activities across Apex Lightning Web Components LWC Flows APIs and integrations
o Provide leadership to development teams and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices
o Conduct design workshops backlog grooming and technical assessments
o Serve as the SME for Health Cloud Service Cloud capabilities
o Integration Data
o Lead integration design between Salesforce and downstream systems such as EHRs CRM PAS Claims and Analytics platforms
o Oversee data migration strategy mapping and validation for Health Cloud implementations
o Ensure compliance with healthcare data standards HIPAA HITRUST FHIR
o Governance Security Quality
o Implement security measures such as consent management shield encryption and fieldlevel security
o Promote highquality delivery through code reviews performance tuning and architectural governance
o Establish design frameworks reusable components and technical standards
Required Skills Experience
o 12 years of Salesforce experience with 5 years in an architect role
o Strong experience in Service Cloud including Case Management OmniChannel and Service Console
o Proven experience in architecting enterprise integrations RESTSOAP APIs Mulesoft integration patterns
o Handson expertise in Apex Lightning Web Components Salesforce Flows and Data Model design
o Deep understanding of healthcare domain processes care management provider networks utilization management patientmember experience
o Experience with Salesforce security models data governance and compliance
o Salesforce certifications preferred
o Salesforce Certified Application Architect System Architect
o Health Cloud Accredited Professional
o Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant
o Salesforce Certified Platform Developer III
