The Salesforce Technical Design Lead is responsible for driving the technical architecture and design of Salesforce solutions that meet complex business requirements This role ensures that all solutions are scalable secure and aligned with Salesforce best practices and platform capabilities The Technical Design Lead collaborates closely with business stakeholders architects and development teams to translate functional requirements into robust technical designs oversee integration strategies and guide developers on implementation standards Acting as a key technical authority this position plays a critical role in multicloud strategies and external system integrations
Primary Focus Technical implementation and detailed design
Key Responsibilities
Translate the solution architecture into detailed technical designs
Define coding standards integration patterns and deployment strategies
Lead development teams review code and ensure technical quality
Handle complex customizations Apex Lightning Web Components APIs
Optimize performance and troubleshoot technical issues
Break down technical specifications into manageable size user stories
Required Skills
Ability to create detailed technical specifications and oversee implementation
Deep understanding of Salesforce data security model including complex sharing rules role hierarchies and objectlevel permissions especially in the context of community users and guest users via Experience Cloud sites
Strong programming expertise in Apex LWC JavaScript
Deep understanding of Salesforce APIs integration frameworks and DevOps tools
Expertise in Salesforce experience cloud environment building complex custom solutions
Knowledge of CICD pipelines and version control
Strong verbal and written communication skills to drive the work with business and devqa teams
Skills
