What You’ll Be Doing

• Entering and maintaining detailed inventory and product data in the company system
• Processing purchase orders, vendor returns, and internal stock transfers
• Recording incoming shipments and ensuring documentation is complete
• Handling billing adjustments, credits, and order transfers between customers
• Uploading and organizing shipping documentation
• Supporting regular inventory reconciliations with warehouse partners
• Monitoring open purchase orders and tracking shipment movement
• Reviewing and logging freight-related charges

System & Data Support

• Keeping item and vendor records accurate and up to date
• Maintaining product listings and related system details
• Supporting overall data integrity across inventory and purchasing functions

What They’re Looking For

• College degree preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in inventory, purchasing, or supply chain support
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with data
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines at once
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• Analytical mindset with the ability to review and interpret reports
• Experience with an ERP system is a plus
