Main Responsibilities
- Manage financial activity for multiple grants, contracts, and restricted funding sources
- Prepare budget modifications, updates, and related documentation
- Monitor spending and perform revenue/expenditure forecasting
- Analyze financial results and prepare internal management reports
- Ensure compliance with grant requirements, regulations, and reporting deadlines
- Partner with finance staff and department leadership to maintain budget accuracy and accountability
- Support ongoing financial planning and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3–5 years of budgeting and financial analysis experience
- Experience working with grants, contracts, or restricted funding sources
- Strong Microsoft Excel and overall Microsoft Office skills
- Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP/accounting systems preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
