We’re looking for a dynamic Personal Assistant to support our Owner across a wide variety of personal and business needs. No two days are the same—you’ll be juggling projects, handling day-to-day details, and ensuring everything runs seamlessly.

What You’ll Do
- Handle personal and business matters with the highest level of discretion.
- Manage calendars, appointments, and schedules—including medical, wellness, and fitness.
- Oversee vehicles, household needs, and vendor relationships.
- Run errands, book travel, and handle reservations.
- Track expenses, rewards points, and maintain documentation.
- Manage multiple households, including utilities, maintenance, and upgrades.
- Support the Owner with projects that can range from household upgrades to business initiatives.
- Build systems and processes to keep daily operations running like clockwork.
- Step in with resourcefulness and a positive, “I’ll figure it out” attitude when unexpected challenges arise.
What We’re Looking For
- Ultra-organized and detail-focused—you love making chaos feel like order.
- Flexible and adaptable—you can pivot when priorities shift.
- Resourceful problem-solver with a “no task too big or small” mindset.
- Experienced in administrative or executive-level support.
- Tech-savvy (Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel).
- Licensed driver, comfortable handling errands and local travel.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (40 hours per week) with flexibility to assist when urgent needs come up.
