Project & Program Management

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of IT infrastructure and software projects using hybrid methodologies (Agile/Waterfall as appropriate).

• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications.

• Drive cross-departmental alignment to achieve project goals and deliverables.

Business Analysis & Stakeholder Liaison

• Act as the primary liaison between business users, application teams, and IT infrastructure teams.

• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.

• Facilitate workshops, process reviews, and gap analyses to align stakeholders.

• Document and analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.

Metrics, KPIs & Reporting

• Develop and maintain project dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to measure success, adoption, and business value.

• Provide executive-level updates and insights based on data-driven performance indicators.

Communication & Change Management

• Ensure clear communication across technical and non-technical teams.

• Act as a change agent, guiding teams through process and technology transitions.

• Coordinate stakeholder engagement, user readiness, and adoption planning.

Team & Culture Support

• Foster collaboration between Infrastructure, Applications, Cybersecurity, and Business teams.

• Proactively address friction points to promote a culture of trust, accountability, and shared ownership.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card holders eligible). This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

• 5 years of experience in IT Project Management, Business Analysis, or hybrid PM/BA roles.

• Proven experience managing IT infrastructure and application development projects.

• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.

• Experience defining KPIs and reporting using tools like Power BI, Excel, or similar.

• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet).
