This role has an emphasis on Application Integration and SQL and plays a vital role in providing senior-level technical support for end users remotely and at client sites. This includes supporting desktops, laptops, mobile devices, applications, installation of peripherals, configurations, and general troubleshooting. In addition, this role is expected to manage small projects including moves, large implementations, and be a resource for escalated technical issues. This role focuses on how application integrate with each other and how to optimize data flow between application. Additionally, there is specific work in MS SQL related to data integrity and database maintenance. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be adept at troubleshooting a variety of issues, and understand the importance of excellent client service.
- Execute complex queries in MS SQL against large databases, perform backups of SQL databases, and be able to troubleshoot lags in SQL.
- Script or program repetitive tasks to translate data across applications (specifically Python, Perl, C )
