Key Responsibilities:

Lead the creation and execution of multi-year strategies for systems, teams, and major projects

Provide strategic direction and mentorship to team leads and engineers across multiple initiatives

Collaborate cross-functionally with business and IT leaders to identify needs and design solutions

Drive continuous improvement through performance metrics and operational health indicators

Manage project and operational budgets, ensuring alignment with business goals

Champion talent development, performance management, and employee engagement within your teams

Serve as a primary liaison with executive stakeholders including VPs, PMs, and business unit leaders

Contribute innovative ideas to optimize workflows, enhance delivery, and improve ROI

Qualifications:

5 years of experience in software development, including several years in a leadership role

Proven ability to lead teams within Agile, DevOps, and ITSM/ITIL frameworks

Strong understanding of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders

5–8 years of front-end development experience, with expert-level knowledge of ReactJS

Proficiency in Node.js and/or Next.js is preferred; AngularJS experience will also be considered

5 years of experience managing teams or acting as a team lead

Experience working within Agile and/or SAFe environments

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
