NextStep Recruiting has partnered with a rapidly growing consumer services organization seeking a long-term contract Recruiter to join their talent acquisition team. This recruiter will play a key role in supporting high-volume hiring initiatives for customer service and call center operations across multiple well-known consumer brands.

Requirements For This Opportunity Include

• Experience recruiting in high-volume environments
• Call center recruiting experience strongly preferred
• Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate management skills
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
