Master Data Manager. Data Governance Manager. Accounts Payable Enterprise Data Manager. NextStep Recruiting is working with a very large, international manufacturing organization located near the DFW Airport that is looking to hire a Master Data Manager for their SAP data migration work. This role will manage 6-8 professionals and will focus on the data governance, quality/clean-up, data workflow/governance, etc., around their customers' and vendors' data. Extensive data management experience around accounts payable vendor maintenance/management workflow and strategy experience required.
Candidates must have:
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, data analytics, or a related field, and strong career progression in data management and data governance
- Extensive SAP experience in data management is required, with experience migrating legacy systems to SAP S/4Hana very desirable
- Strong leadership skills demonstrating people development, performance reviews, succession planning, etc.
- Excellent big picture strategy and workflow skills, along with tactical day-to-day, get the work done now strategy skills.
- Large company, multi-billion revenue, 200 locations, 6,000 plus employees, size of company experience required, with manufacturing industry experience being a big plus
Our Dallas-Ft. Worth Metroplex-based client is running a hybrid work model so candidates must be local to the DFW market; relocation is not available for this role.
