DAY TO DAY AS OUR HR MANAGER - RECRUITER
As an HR Manager - Recruiter, you begin your day by reviewing the latest recruitment metrics and updates from your team. You prioritize managing all HR-related tasks, including overseeing insurance matters and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new employees. Throughout the day, you engage in meetings to strategize your approach to recruiting skilled industrial refrigeration technicians from across the country. This involves reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and collaborating with department heads to understand their specific needs. By the end of the day, you ensure that your HR operations run efficiently, allowing you to attract and retain top talent for the organization.
YOUR SCHEDULE
While working in this human resources management position, your consistent schedule is Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5 years as an HR manager
- Experience in nationwide recruiting
- Knowledge of the Industrial Refrigeration and Mechanical world (preferred)
