The ideal candidate will have:
- 7-10 years of progressive accounting experience within public accounting/corporate real estate industry
- CPA certification is required
- Ability to take ownership of all auditing aspects of financial management, financial controls, reporting, and cash management
- Technical compliance with US GAAP & SOX requirements
- Knowledge in impairment, debt transactions, REIT/VIE structures, asset recapitalizations and real estate sale transactions
- Previous Real Estate is required
