- Process high-volume vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy, proper coding, and timely entry into the accounting system
- Reconcile vendor statements and investigate/resolve discrepancies or payment issues
- Prepare and execute weekly payment runs (checks, ACH, wire), while maintaining organized AP records and documentation
- Ensure all data is entered efficiently and accurately
- 1 years of previous AP experience
- Strong data entry skills required
- Intermediate MS Excel skills required
- Ability to communicate with vendors and internal teams
