Client Services Representative (6037)

NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Client Services Representative to join our client’s team in Memphis, TN. This is a hybrid, contract position.

SALARY: $23-$27 per hour (depending on experience)

Requirements

• 2-3 years of recent customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
• Ability to type and speak on the phone simultaneously
• Ability to navigate multiple systems at once
• Experience using dual monitors
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and basic Excel
• Typing speed of at least 40 WPM
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  
  

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound client calls while providing exceptional customer service
• Resolve general inquiries, including username and password resets and address or phone number updates
• Document call activity accurately in the company’s proprietary system while assisting clients
• Respond to client inquiries and complaints by phone, correspondence, or in person
• Research requests and problems using applicable policies, procedures, and resources
• Coordinate problem resolution with the appropriate departments
• Explain standard procedures and problem resolutions to clients
• Follow up verbally or in writing to confirm client satisfaction
• Determine the best resolution while ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management
