Requirements
- Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram — not just usage but genuine platform fluency
- Lives on social media, naturally engaging with conversations, trends, and community activity
- Strong responsiveness and community-mindedness — actively engages in DMs, comments, mentions, and tags
- Highly organized, disciplined, and able to work independently through daily/weekly checklists
- Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset — notices opportunities, trends, and problems without prompts
- Authenticity in representing the brand — personable, relaxed, socially savvy, capable of natural communication
- Manage daily engagement across TikTok and Instagram, including DMs, comments, mentions, and notifications
- Build relationships with customers, creators, influencers, and potential partners
- Identify opportunities through community activity, content, trends, and conversations
- Track and follow up on customer questions, requests, leads, and partnership prospects
- Develop creative strategies to grow and activate the community
- Collaborate with the owner to test new engagement ideas and improve community interaction
- Maintain a consistent brand voice in all interactions
