About The Role

NextGen Co is looking for a friendly and dependable Customer Service Representative to join our Miami team. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and delivering great customer experiences at events, promotions, and in direct client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in person at events, activations, or partner locations.
• Provide clear, accurate information about our services and offerings.
• Support scheduling, basic order or appointment coordination, and onsite logistics.
• Collect customer feedback and relay insights to the team to improve service delivery.
• Help set up and maintain a professional, welcoming customer area during activations.
• Collaborate with event and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
